- Clinical Engineering Test Equipment Calibration Service The Department of Veteran Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), New Orleans, LA is seeking a Professional Services and Cost proposals to perform Clinical Engineering Test Equipment Calibration Service. Responses are due no later than Wednesday, October 17, 2018 @ 2:00 p.m. CDT. Instruction to Offerors Guidance: This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the government to a particular acquisition approach. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this SSN is voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlement to payment or direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses or the Government s use of such information. This Request for Information is for planning purposes only and is intended to identify contractors in all categories who can support this requirement. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION After review of the above information, interested parties may submit a response in an electronic format only (via email) to Leslie Robinson, Contract Specialist leslie.robinson@va.gov. Respondents should include as part of their submission: Indicate whether or not you can support the procurement requirement based on the items identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS); Any questions that you have, reference this Sources Sought Notice; Company point of contact name, telephone number and email address; Provide DUNS number, CAGE code, and indicate whether or not you are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (Website: www.sam.gov). (Registration in SAM is a requirement to do business with the Federal Government).
