- 4. PWS FY19 Hachiko 3. SF1449 19Q0004 2. Notice to Offerors 1. Government Policy Letter DESCRIPTION: The Contactor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance of railroad crossing No. 3 - Hachiko Line at Yokota Air Base in a manner that ensure continuous and reliable condition. See the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE DATE: 15 Nov 2018 through 30 Sep 2019 The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. A single award is contemplated as a result of this solicitation; therefore, offerors must quote on all line items in the pricing schedule. A pre-proposal conference is NOT scheduled this time. Offer Due Date: 19 Oct 2018, 02:00 PM (Japan time) NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
