- The purpose of this FBO posting is for informational purposes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, VA Healthcare System, 2780 Airport Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43219-1834 and Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center located at 420 North James Road, Columbus, Ohio 43219-1834 has determined that it is in the best interest of the government to award to the Headquarters Office: Johnson Controls, Inc. DBA Johnson Controls, duns 006092860. Their address is 5757 N. Green Bay Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53209. However, services will be performed via Columbus, Ohio branch office located at 835 Green Crest Drive, Westerville, OH 43081-2838. This is post-award procurement per FAR 6.302-1 (urgency of need). The contractor is a prior incumbent and is the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) that has performed services on the York Brand air cooler - chiller equipment in the operating room(s). FSS Schedule Contract GS-07F-5535P Source 03FAC SIN 811 005 is applicable. NAICS Code 811310 and FSC Code J041 is applicable. Services performed: (crane lift will be utilized) will be the following: pull gas and weigh refrigerant demo old leaking coil replace with new coil pressurize and leak check the coil recharge chiller verify operation Quote 1-YVEN60R from Johnson Controls, Inc. received with the following breakdown: Condenser Coil $7,428.00 Freight $750.00 Labor (4) Men (1) Saturday, (2) Men (6) Days Each $23,800.00 Recovery Tanks $537.51 Crane Lift $7,995.70 Miscellaneous (Brazing, Soldering, Vacuum Pump, Disposal of Hazardous Material, Nitrogen) $1,009.39 trip charges / travel $750.00 Grand Total $42,270.60 Award will be processed for $42,270.60 to cover timespan date of award from 09/21/18 09/30/18 with ultimate completion date of 10/15/18.
