- Combined Synopsis Solicitation The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Ireland Army Health Clinic, Fort Knox, KY intends to solicit,negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Audiology Services as listed in the Performance Work Statement and Exhibit 1. Services are required for Blue Grass Army Depot and contractors servicing office shall be within 50 miles of Richmond, KY. Proposals shall conform to the requirements of Addendum to 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. Award will be made in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items. References the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
