- Purpose of This Notice This is a Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information. This is not a formal solicitation - respondents to this notice may be invited to one or more future solicitations for the specified services. Any such solicitations will be separately announced and posted. The information provided to the U.S. Postal Service as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation, and is at no cost to the U.S. Postal Service. Sources Sought USPS is seeking to locate experienced suppliers capable of and interested in providing print design services for the quarterly USA Philatelic catalog and the annual Stamp Yearbook. Suppliers must have extensive and demonstrable experience in creative design services; strategic marketing analysis; and brand strategy. Required Expertise and Experience 1.Print design, including the design of marketing catalogs 2.Marketing Analysis 3.Brand Strategy 4.Superior communications skills 5.Standard office management procedures with regard to trafficking material, invoicing and billing. 6.Ability to meet the requirements for a sensitive security clearance Responses Responses should be submitted to the Point of Contact listed below.
