- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic, Gordon Health Contracting Cell, Fort Gordon, Georgia intends to issue a purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Depuy Synthes Sales dba Depuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction, 700 Orthopaedic Drive, Warsaw, IN for the following item: Left hip arthroplasty implant and instrumentation 1 Each This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at linda.m.spindler.civ@mail.mil no later than 30 September 2018, 12:00 PM Eastern Standard time. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice.
