- Amendment 0001 of Solicitation W91QF518R0010 The intent of the requirement is to provide a Lenel ONGUARD G series lock access control system software to replace the current BASIS G series lock access control system, which also includes two sentry stations for data entry and management control: (1) Room 1007, first floor, and (2) Room 4078, fourth floor at Building 5020 CASCOM HQ, Fort Lee, VA. The proposed work requires the contractor to pre-install, test and run the new software before and after the data transfer of the existing system to ensure operational status. Government will provide communication infrastructure (CAT5 or 6 from room 1007 thru the communications closet to room 4078). The Contractor shall ensure to the maximum extent practical 90% percent data integrity, and zero data loss of all the existing lock schedule configurations. The new Lenel system will provide access control to 254 doors with existing magnetic strip Best Access locks (the two main doors 1st Floor are already hardwired into the existing main computer station). Refer to attached Solicitation with Purchase Description for full details. Amendment 1 included to establish a site visit, extend the time due for questions, and to extend the response date.
