- This is a 100% Small Business set-aside procurement issued under NAICS code 237110. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing the USDA ARS Groundwater Transfer and Injection Pilot Study Project in Leflore County, Mississippi. Principle features of the work include mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, installing three (3) subsurface wells, and all associated appurtenances, storm water pollution prevention, and environmental protection. The value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendor's List (IVL) at http://www.fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available.
