- Description
- The NextGen Financial Services Environment Solicitation for Component E (Solution 3.0 Business Process Operations) and Solicitation for Component F (Solution 2.0 Business Process Operations) are hereby combined. FSA is releasing one solicitation in Phase II combining Solutions 2.0 and 3.0 Business Process Operations. In accordance with the Business Process Operations Phase II solicitation, the Past Performance volume shall be submitted by October 9, 2018. A final proposal due date for the remaining volumes may not be established until after the award of the NextGen Transitional Core Processing and Related Support Activities (previously referred to as Component D) and the Enterprise-Wide Digital Customer Care Platform (previously referred to as Components A & B). Offerors will be notified about the proposal due date(s) via a solicitation amendment. The following vendors are eligible to participate in Phase II of the NextGen Financial Services Environment procurement: 91003118R0022 - Transitional Core Processing and Related Support Activities (Component D) • General Dynamics Information Technology Inc (GDIT) • Infosys Public Services Inc. • Nelnet Diversified Solutions, LLC • Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) 91003118R0023 - Future State Core Platform (Component C) • Accenture Federal Services LLC • General Dynamics Information Technology Inc (GDIT) • IBM Corporation • Infosys Public Services Inc. • Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) 91003118R0024 - Business Process Operations (Component E/F) • Edfinancial Services LLC • General Dynamics Information Technology Inc (GDIT) • Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority (MOHELA) • Nelnet Diversified Solutions, LLC • Oklahoma Student Loan Authority (OSLA) • Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) • Teleperformance • Trellis Company • Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority (UHEAA) In accordance with the Phase I solicitation, only those vendors selected in Phase I will be permitted to submit an offer in Phase II.
