- DLA is soliciting to establish a Firm-fixed, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Long Term Contract (LTC) with a base period of one year and four, one-year option periods. The total duration of the IQC shall not exceed five years. The solicitation is for support for multiple DoD weapon systems. This is proposed to be a FAR Part 15 effort. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this requirement. This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract for NSN 5120-00-566-0617. It is anticipated that a quantity minimum of 101 EA / maximum of 404 EA will be priced for the contract award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The estimated solicitation issue date is on or around September 30, 2018.
