- Notice of solicitation and award of a sole source procurement under FAR Part 13.106-1 to Enterprise Engineering, Inc. for FTX Turbo Tax Environment. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the Government has negotiated directly with Enterprise Engineering, Inc. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
