- Whole House CO2 Units NOTE 22: The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Governmlent intends to solicit and negotiae with only one source under teh authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued unter an existing basic ordering agreement) after the date of this requirement bil be considered by the Government. This equipment is proprietary to Praxar and the governnment intends to solicit this vendors. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determinig wheer to conduct a competitive requirement. See Solicitation for facts.
