- FA527018QA095 - Hangar Doors Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Solicitation (THIS IS NOT A DRAFT) This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Hangar Door Inspection Maintenance at Kadena, AB (Okinawa, Japan). The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. To further review this requirement, see attached Solicitation - FA527018QA095. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, the size standard is $15,000,000.00. The Product Service code is C211. There are no set-asides for this requirement. The government anticipates to post the solicitation on September 13, 2018 with a due date of October 12, 2018, 4:30 p.m. Japan Standard Time. Contractors that are interested are highly encourage to visit the site. A site visit schedule will be posted on 18 September 2018. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The anticipated award date for this requirement is no later than October 31 2018. The anticipated Period of Performance is from November 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019 (+4 Option Years). All responsible contractors may submit a quotation and will be considered by 18 CONS. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any documents.
