This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA9101-18-Q-0028. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 335312, with a Small Business Size Standard of 1250 employees. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. DESCRIPTION: See Specification No. 14424-18-004A, attached to this solicitation. SET-ASIDE: IAW FAR 19.501(c), this acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this request to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical capability. See Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria, attached to this solicitation. Reference below Addenda to 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items for more information. DELIVERY ADDRESS: Arnold AFB, TN 37389 DELIVERY DATE: Base CLIN 0001 - 12 weeks after issuance of Notice of Award; Option CLIN 0002 (if awarded separately) - 28 weeks issuance of Notice of Award. If Option CLIN 0002 is awarded with Base CLIN 0001, total period of performance is 40 weeks after issuance of Notice of Award.
