- This solicitation is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the internet. This is a solicitation for noncommercial services in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. This procurement is being processed as a total small business set aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 332312 The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the requirement for synopsis has been waived. The solicitation, N66604-18-Q-2991, is released and is attached as part of this notice. Responses must be received on or before 11 September 2018 at 2:00PM EST via electronics submission to Mark Carreiro at mark.carreiro@navy.mil.
