- This solicitation is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the internet. This is a solicitation for noncommercial services in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. This is being announced as a sole source requirement under the authority of FAR 6.302. The procurement is for 7/18 Pin Receptacle Blue Gaskets that are proprietary to Airborn, Inc. Airborn, Inc. does not sell their parts wholesale and uses one vendor Powell Electronics, that are able to provide both the 7 Pin Receptacle Blue Gaskets and 18 Pin Receptacle Blue Gaskets. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334417. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the requirement for synopsis has been waived. The solicitation, N66604-18-Q-3168, is released and is attached as part of this notice.
