- TRACR Plus Update - 09/13/2018 The TRACR Plus Request for Proposal (RFP) release communicated to industry to date has been an estimated time period of 4th Quarter, Fiscal Year 2018. The RFP will not be released during this aforementioned timeframe, and is estimated to be released in the 1st Quarter, Fiscal Year 2019. Once the official Procurement Action Lead Time (PALT) is established in the near future, the RFP timeframe derived from that official PALT will then be posted in a separate follow-on update. Additionally, it is currently anticipated that the TRACR Plus acquisition will be set aside for small business; however, the Acquisition Strategy has not yet been finalized and the acquisition approach is subject to change.
