- Questions and Answers Amendment 0001 This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicititation number is W911SG -18-Q-0067 and is issued as a request for quote. The trailers must be provided by a single vendor. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throught FAC 2005-100 Effective 22 August 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 336212 Truck Trailer Manufacturing with a corresponding Small Business Size standard of 1000 employees. The Mission Installation Contracting Command Fort Bliss, TX 79916 intends to award a firm fixed price type contract. Please see attached documents for requirements. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is 05:00 PM MST on 18 September 2018. All questions in reference to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due no later than 11 September 2018 at 1200 PM MST. A site visit will be organized if requested by email no later than 7 September 2018. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.
