- Comb/Solicitation for Horticulturist: Please read in its entirety. Statement of Work Wage Determination The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase Horticulturist Services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW), (Attachment 1). This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 and DFARS DPN change notice 20180824. A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541320, Landscape Architectural Services, with a size standard of $7,500,000.
