- SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE The United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Pecos District Office, through the New Mexico State Office intends to award this procurement to an 8(a) company named Southwest General Construction, 475 Archuleta Road, Las Cruces, NM 88005. The BLM Pecos District Office requires a habitat improvement project on BLM lands just east of the Village of Lincoln, New Mexico. Southwest General Construction will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the construction project This is not a competitive procurement and shall be awarded to Southwest General Construction. The North American Industry Classification is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, size standard of $36.5.
