- Amendment 0009 amends the period of performance of the contract. Amendment 0009 is issued for the following reasons: 1. To amend the period of performance IAW Section B-0001 B 34.01 SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED AND PRICES (DLA ENERGY FEB 1991) as follows: BASE PERIOD - November 1, 2018 through October 31, 2022 OPTION PERIOD - November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2027 EXTENSION PERIOD - November 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028 A revised clause B-34.01 is attached for price revision (if any). Offerors must submit a signed Amendment 0009 and any revisions to the price and/or technical/management proposal no later than 5:00 PM eastern time on September 14, 2018. 2. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remained unchanged.
