- See the information below regarding Industry Day for Visa Support Services (VSS): The U.S. Department of State welcomes small businesses and their teaming partners to attend this important information session about the Visa Support Services contract recompete. Date: Thursday, October 4, 2018 Time: 1-4 p.m. EST Location: U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs SA-17, Room B1.302 600 19th Street, NW Washington, DC 20522-1711 Due to space limitations, we encourage companies to limit participation to a maximum of three (3) representatives. Please submit the name, title, company, and email address of your attendees by 3:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, September 27, 2018 to Sara Krumm, KrummSM@state.gov. In addition to an overview of the requirement, the Government will reserve time to address some of the questions submitted in advance as well as take additional questions at the end of the Industry Day. Please submit any questions related to the draft RFP to MejiaKJ@state.gov by 3:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, September 27.
