Description

SOW 2 J&A SF1449 Clauses SOW SF 1449 FSIS Eastern Laboratory intends to award Brand-name or equal procurement for Nikon DS-Fi3/ DS-L4 Digital Camera Package and Nikon Ci-L Upright Trinocular Microscope that will be used at the USDA, FSIS, OPHS, Eastern Laboratory located at 950 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (2) Brand-name or equal descriptions, and other purchase descriptions that permit prospective contractors to offer products other than those specifically referenced by brand-name, provide for full and open competition and do not require justifications and approvals to support their use. The Government does not intend to pay for information received. All interested parties must respond within five business (5) days from the date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm's capability to meet the requirement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to announcement#927834. RFQ closes on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, 5:00 pm EST.
