Description
Bill of Materials DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE AFWAY PORTAL ALL NETCENTS-2 SOLICITATIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO FAIR OPPRTUNITY ARE CURRENTLY BEING POSTED ON FBO. ONLY AWARDEES UNTER THE NETCENTS-2 IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD UNDER THIS SOLICITATION. NETCENTS-2 SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation document FA8604-18-F-1189 is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-98. Reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the RFQ response. This requirement is for the following products: see attached Bill of Materials (BOM) for requirement specifications. This is a Brand Name Equivalent acquisition. All items must be TAA compliant in accordance with FAR. DPAS rating is DO-A7. NETCENTS-2 pricing is required. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror. Vendors submitting a response to any RFQ that includes a requirement for supplies and/or services that have incurred, or that may incur laps in maintenance support, shall include as part of its response any applicable reinstatement fee(s). Quotes are due by 11:00 a.m. EST on 19 September 2018 and shall be emailed directly to Curtis.Carson.2@us.af.mil. Anticipated Award Date is 25 September 2018. Lt Col Brian Miller has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Existence of the Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer. Accordingly, the Ombudman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations, the evaluation of proposals, or the source selection process and, therefore, for routine matters on individual solicitations, please contact the buyer at the email address listed herein. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
