- Layout diagram for new shelving to be installed Amendment 1 to RFQ The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to perform the following work in the archival storage area of its St. Paul headquarters: 1. Remove one Lektriever (electric lateral filing machine) from Map Files room (basement) and dispose of offsite. 2. Move approximately 750 records boxes on shelving to temporary location within Map Files room. 3. Remove 108 shelving units and dispose of offsite. 4. Assemble 49 Government-supplied shelving units and place in room according to layout plan. 5. Place records boxes onto new shelving units. All work will take place between 0600 and 1700, Mon - Fri, except Federal Holidays, under direct supervision of Government employees. Please read the security requirements in the solicitation SOW carefully. Amendment 0001 changes the response deadline to 11:00 AM (CDT) on Monday, 17 September.
