- Notice of Proposed Contract Action This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract. The award is to be a Firm-Fixed Price contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), "Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available." The contracting officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available: Alomone Lab Ltd. located at 19 Harton Jerusalem, 000097775, Israel, the only known source capable of meeting the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
