- Exhibit G Exhibit E Exhibit C Exhibit B Draft Solicitation This is a pre-solicitation notice for Patient Appointing, Referral Management, and Clear and Legible Report (CLR) Accountability services to be provided to TRICARE beneficiaries within the Puget Sound Enhanced Multi-Service Market (PS eMSM) and selective Veterans Administration (VA) eligible beneficiaries in the Puget Sound Enhanced Multi-Service Market. The MTFs in the PS eMSM include Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM), WA, and its subordinate clinics, 62nd Medical Squadron (MDS), JBLM, WA, Naval Hospital Bremerton (NHB), Bremerton, WA, and subordinate clinics, and Navy Health Clinic Oak Harbor (NCOH), Oak Harbor, WA. The government requests that interested parties provide comments and questions regarding the attached **DRAFT** solicitation. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions and comments should be emailed to Mr. Joe Watson @ joe.e.watson2.civ@mail.mil no later than 4:00 pm central standard time on 27 September 2018. The services contemplated have been determined to be commercial in nature. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561110 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. Solicitation W81K04-18-R-0002 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be electronically posted on Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov), on or about 28 September 2018. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. There will be one contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. The contract will include a four-month base period, four 1-year and one 8-month option from date of award.
