- This following is a pre-solicitiaon synopsis. The General Services Administration (GSA), National Capital Region (NCR) has a requirement for Sculpture and Architectural Arts Conservation Services. Specifications will be posted as part of the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 711510; Independent Artists, Writers, and Performers (Independent art restorers) with a size standard of $7,500,000.00 The solicitation will be a Request for Proposals (RFP) This synopsis is not a request for quotes, proposals or bids. This is a notice that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is intended to be issued via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future. The specifications will be detailed in the solicitation. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The solicitation due date is an estimate, stated for planning purposes only. The definitive proposal due date and time will be stated in the solicitation and any associated amendments that may be issued. No CD's or hard copies of this notice or the solicitation will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the fbo.gov website for any update(s) to the Notice.
