Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7 located in Charleston, SC intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to VitalSmarts LC, 282 River Bend Lane, Suite 100, Provo, Utah, 84604. VitalSmarts will provide Crucial Conversation Participation Kits, Crucial Accountability Participation Kits and other training materials to the Ralph H Johnson VA Medical Center. These products and services will be used to train 300 RHJ VA Medical Center employees on communication skills with co-workers. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training with a Small Business Size Standard of $11M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 3:00 P.M. EST, September 21, 2018 to: michael.giffon@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
