- The NAVSUP Fleet and Logistics Center, San Diego, Contracting Department intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract on other than full and open competition basis. The requirement is for the contractor to provide the annual software license with maintenance and support for existing CFEngine Enterprise software at Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center ™s (FLENUMMETOCCEN) High Performance Computing Center (HPCC). Draft Statement of Work and Sole Source Justification and Approval are attached. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 with business size of $27.5 million. Product Service Code is D320. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any interested contractor capable of providing this requirement is invited to submit a written notification or capability statement and small business information, if applicable, to Norman Florida, Contract Specialist (CS), via email to address norman.florida@navy.mil not later than 3:00 P.M. San Diego, California time on September 17, 2018. A determination by the Government how to compete the anticipated contract will be based upon the responses received and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
