- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price order on a sole source basis to Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. While a portion of the order is based on items listed on the General Supply Schedule, this portion of the requirement is not. The requirement is to procure software and licenses proprietary to AGI. These items allow engineers to define and analyze detailed communication systems; generate detailed link budget reports and graphs; visualize dynamic system performance in 2D and 3D windows; and incorporate detailed rain models, atmospheric losses, and Radio Frequency (RF) interference sources. The software required is Geospatial Content Server Premium - Enterprise Server with 12 months annual support and upgrades. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 applies to this requirement.
