- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-18-T-0042 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source with Concurrent Technologies for the RTMs, VMEs & SBCs under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Awarding to another vendor would require additional testing and a delay to the program. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Items must be brand new Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-18-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include any shipping fees to zip code 20684 Please include your Cage Code. Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00pm., on 19 September 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
