- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury, intends to award a sole source contract to William S. Hein & Co., Inc., 2350 North Forest Road, Getzville, NY 14068. The contract will renew the OCC's existing subscription. The William S. Hein & Co. provides a subscription to its HeinOnline Core (U.S. Government), which provides access to more than 2,600 law and law-related journals, thousands of classic legal treatises, and U.S. and foreign government publications. Its databases also feature complete coverage of the U.S. Statutes at Large, U.S. Code, Federal Register, Code of Federal Regulations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within 7 days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
