- Zip Attachment Solicitation-W9126G18R0388 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District is soliciting for Real Estate Appraisal Services, within Hidalgo County, TX. The contract is being procured as a commercial service, on a firm fixed prices basis. The announcement is set-aside for small businesses. The contractor MUST be licensed by the State of Texas as a Certified General Appraiser and provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to prepare 38 appraisals that are compliant with USACE ER 405-1-04, the current version of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the 2016 Version of the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA), aka "Yellow Book". In the event of a conflict between UASFLA and USPAP, UASFLA will take precedence. Proposals are require on or before but no later than 26 September 2018, 12noon central time. Proposals should be prepared in accordance with the attached solicitation and the separate attachments. Proposals should be submitted via email to: Elizabeth.J.Kelley2@usace.army.mil
