- Attachment 3: Q&A Attachment 2: Wage Determination Attachment 1: PWS dated 7 JUN 2018 FA255018Q2030 Non-personal service for the contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, travel, and labor necessary to perform maintenance on the Central Utility Plant Breakers located at Schriever Air Force Base (SAFB). Work shall comply with the attached PWS dated 7 JUN 18 and commercial standards. The breakers, located inside Building 600, are the stand by breakers for the Main Switch gear in building 600. They are comprised of the following models: 1. ABB RMVAC 15kV 1200A Breaker Serial # 1VAFTCR00233001-111208# Model # RAMVAC FC-15-500-12 2. ABB RMVAC 15kV 1200A Breaker Serial # 1VAFTCR00233001-071208# Model # RAMVAC FC-15-500-12 3. Square D 15kV 1200A Breaker Serial# 17784847-004A Type: 15MGSB-2-500-1200 Style: MGDSE-65-500-1200 4. 15kV Siemens AC HV Circuit Breakers Type: 15-3AF-500 Wire Diag.: 18-807-583-401 Serial # 22187-001 5. 15kV Siemens AC HV Circuit Breakers Type: 15-3AF-500A-37 Wire Diag.: 18-807-583-411 Serial # R-88625A-4 Notice to Quoter(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs. Site Visit The site visit onto Schriever Air Force Base is scheduled for 17 September 2018 at 9:00 AM, Mountain Time (MT). Each quoter is permitted no more than three (3) representatives for the site visit. Quoters must RSVP by email the number of representatives attending the site visit, their full names, organization, title, and contact information no later than 17 September 2018 at 8:00 AM, MT. Quoters that do not RSVP will not be included in the site visit attendees. The RSVP contact is SSgt Brandon Council at brandon.council.3@us.af.mil. On the day of the site visit, quoters will meet at 8:30 AM, MT at the Schriever Air Force Base Visitor Center, Building 15, located on Enoch Road. Quoters will be required to bring TWO forms of PHOTO identification, CURRENT vehicle registration, and proof of CURRENT vehicle insurance. The Government will not be liable for any expense incurred by quoters prior to contract award. Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
