- Short Title: This is a Sources Sought notice for vendor who can provide processing and/or sterilization of Alhydrogel ® RFI/RFP No: DVC0618 Response Date: Must respond _1 week for date of submission Synopsis: Classification Code: A - Research & Development NAICS Code: 541 - Professional Scientific and Technical Services/541715 - Research & Development in Biotechnology Description: - This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. Please provide your capabilities statement for the following work: 1. Filtration of diluted Alhydrogel ® 2. Develop a sterilization procedure for Alhydrogel ® (potentially at 2% and 0.6% in various solutions) 3. Validation of filtration and sterilization unit operations to support use of treated Alhydrogel ® as an incoming raw material for third party, GMP facilities. 4. Provide certificate of analysis for each batch produced. 5. Analytical testing of treated Alhydrogel ® to minimally include sterility, zeta potential, pH and aluminum content, MFI, Laser Light Scattering/ Nephelometry (for particle distribution). 6. Batch size of 100L. Batches to be dispensed in 5L containers with associated satellite samples per container. 7. Provide 15-20 batches through 2024. Each response should include the following Business information: a. DUNS Number / Cage Code Number b. Company Name c. Company Address d.
