- Slides from GSM-O II Conference Day 2 - September 11, 2018 Slides from GSM-O II Conference Day 1 - September 10, 2018 Revised/final GSM-O II Conference Slides are attached. The Government is also posting the statement made during closing of the conference in regards to final Request for Proposal (RFP) release timeline. The final RFP is anticipated to be released in October 2018, and the Government anticipates allowing offerors 60 days to respond to the RFP after it is posted. Also as a reminder from previously published information on the Classified Bidder's Library: Potential offerors are requested to submit access requests in accordance with the Draft RFP Section L2.1.5 and complete Attachment L9 and submit to shannon.k.sanders3.civ@mail.mil. Requests for access to the Classified Bidder's Library must be submited by 4:00PM CDT, September 21, 2018. Potential offerors who do not submit a request by this date may not be granted access to the Classified Bidder's Library.
