Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for Qty 1 EA; N9040B-RBE Resolution bandwidth extended, Qty ` EA; N9067C-2FP Advanced pulse analysis, fixed perpetual license, Qty 1 Ea.; N1914A-908 Rackmount kit - 1 unit with blank filler included, Qty 1 Ea.; R-D5B-001-A Node-locked license, Qty 1 Ea.; R-D6B-001-L 12-months, node-locked, software support subscription, Qty 1 EA; N7609B-SFP Advanced GLONASS real-time and scenario generation, fixed perpetual license, Qty 1 Ea.; N7609B-UFP Advanced Galileo real-time and scenario generation, fixed perpetual license, qty 1 Ea.; N7609B-EFP Basic single and multi-satellite waveforms, fixed perpetual license, Qty 1 ea.; N7609B-WFP Advanced Beidou real-time and scenario generation, fixed perpetual license, Qty 1 ea.; N7609B-PFP Advanced GPS real-time and scenario generation, fixed perpetual license, Qty 1 Ea.; N7609B-NFP Real-time CW interference signal, fixed perpetual license, Qty 1 EA; N7609B-XFP Advanced SBAS/QZSS real-time and scenario generation, fixed perpetual license, Qty 2 ea.; R-D5B-001-A Node-locked license, Qty 2 ea.; R-D6B-001-L 12-months, node-locked, software support subscription, Qty 1 ea.; N9040B-RBE Resolution bandwidth extended; Qty 1 ea.; N9067C-2FP Advanced pulse analysis, fixed perpetual license; Qty 2 ea.; U1620A Handheld Digital Oscilloscope, 200MHz;and Qty 2 ea.; 10076C Passive probe, 3.7kVpk high-voltage, 100:1, 500 MHz in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement was previously competed on GSA advantage and is being awarded to Keysight. The system contains over $25,000 worth of open market items included with the GSA items, This is not a request for quote but just a notice that this is being awarded to Keysight Technologies. This notice is not intent for a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893618Q0356 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. Additionally, Effective June 29, 2018, all non-Federal entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
