- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Applicable FAR provisions and clauses in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005- 97. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F2D0AA8219A101 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Hill AFB, Utah. This procurement is a full and open competition for 100% small business set-aside, with a NAICS code of 336120. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes received. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Award will be made contingent upon the availability of funds. This solicitation may be cancelled at any time without an award being made. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; QTY Line Item Description 1 0001 300 Gallon Skid Unit and bed for 1993 Ford F-350 (government vehicle) 1 0001A 300 gallon polypropylene watertank with integral 10gallon foam cell With: Water tank shall be baffled according to NFPA standard One 8.0" round fill tower with incorporated 4.0" vent/overflow pipe and removable screen Liquid level sight gauge located on rear wall of tank 3.0" tank suction with a recessed sump and anti-swirl 1.5" recirculating fitting 1.0" drain fitting 2 auxiliary mounting blocks on top of Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of pass or fail.
