- Sole Source Justification ***Intent to Sole Source*** The USDA Forest Service Pacific Northwest Research Station Headquarters Portland, OR intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source award to TerrainWorks, Inc., 310 N Mount Shasta Blvd. STE 6 Mount Shasta, CA 96067 for the Aquatic Climate Science Analysis to understand more about potential effects of climate change on fish and aquatic resources in the Mt. Hood National Forest, Willamette National Forest, and the Columbia River Gorge Natural Area using NetMap. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) [10 U.S.C. 2304 (d)(1)(B) or 41 U.S.C. 3304 (b)(2)], Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. To solicit to another source would cause unacceptable disruption to the continuity of data which prevents the delay in data delivery as well as unnecessary additional costs to the Government for duplication of data already compiled using NetMap. The anticipated award date is September 14, 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541370 and the size standard is $15 million. A solicitation will not be issued. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
