- INSTRUCTIONS TO VENDORS Life Cycle Contracting and Acquisition Management Support Services The Unites States Agency for Global Media (USAGM) is issuing this request for proposal for the purpose of entering into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Life Cycle Contracting and Acquisition Management Support Services to support the USAGM Office of Contracts and its customers by providing a broad range of procurement-related services to enhance and augment the agency's acquisition function. The Government may issue task orders on either a Firm Fixed Price basis, or on a Time-and-Materials basis. The USAGM will conduct this acquisition using FAR Subpart 13.5 under the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
