- Draft PWS used for the Site Visit ONLY Site Visit Sign-in Performance Work Statement dated 9-13-2018 Questions and Answers: 1. I would like to know if we could schedule a site visit for the above solicitation? I have local vendors interested in making offers but will need to see the Place of Performance to ensure accurate quotes. Please let me know if we can have a site visit and when a good time to schedule one would work for you. Answer : There are no other site visits scheduled. I have a question about the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted to FBO under solicitation number 1333ND18QNB670474. I am hoping to find out if there is an incumbent contractor currently performing these services or if this is a new requirement. If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the contract number? Answer : This is not a new requirement. BAYAUD ENTERPRISES, INC. is the incumbent contractor. Reference contract number SB1341-15-CN-0020. 3. What's the current value of this contract base plus all options please? Who is the incumbent? Answer : These services were added and then deleted [and descoped] from the incumbent contractor, BAYAUD ENTERPRISES, INC. under contract number SB1341-15-CN-0020 in the amount of $75,852.12. There were no options performed. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT The Performance work statement is hereby replaced in its entirety. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items - ADDED Submittal Instructions: SUBMIT ONE QUOTE VIA EMAIL. The quote shall be organized, concise, and tabbed. Each factor shall be described in a separate tabbed section. Those Offerors that meet the requirement described in this announcement and wish to be considered must submit an SF- Standard Form (SF) 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items - Offeror to Complete Blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 & 30. Offerors responding are requested to clearly indicate those required services it intends to self-perform and those it intends to sub-contract. One electronic email with the RFQ response is to be received to the Contracting Officer, MeeLondrell Lumpkin, at MEELONDRELL.LUMPKIN@NIST.GOV no later than 10:00 AM on, September 14, 2018. The RFQ response shall not exceed 40 pages (8.5-in x 11-in), excluding cover page, table of contents, and tabs/dividers. A double-sided page with content is considered two pages. Electronic responses will take precedence over hand-delivered RFQ responses due to the timeliness of the amendment posting. Please reference the Request for Quote (RFQ) number (1333ND-18-Q-NB67-0474) in the subject line no later than 10:00 AM Mountain Time.
