- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 2, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to AcuStaf Development Corporation. to acquire a Base plus 4 option year(s) service contract for annual licensing renewal and software / systems support at the VA NY Harbor Health Care System and the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System located in New York. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Place of Performance: VA New York Harbor Health Care System VA Hudson Valley Health Care System New York Campus 423 East 23rd Street New York, NY 10010 FDR Montrose Campus 2094 Albany Post Rd. Montrose, NY 10548 Brooklyn Campus 800 Poly Place Brooklyn, NY 11209 Castle Point Campus 41 Castle Point Road Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 St. Albans Community Living Center 179-00 Linden Blvd. & 179 Street Jamaica, NY 11425 This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations. Interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NO LATER THAN Wednesday, September 24, 2018 at 4:30 PM EST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required equipment. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are NOT acceptable and WILL NOT be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to Announcement 3624218U0128 - Notice of Intent. If after September 24, 2018 no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, Department of Veterans Affairs shall award directly to AcuStaf Development Corporation, Inc. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
