- Attachments 1265T018R0003 Solicitation Bessey Nursery ***SOLICITATION and ATTACHMENTS POSTED*** Solicitation: 1265T018R0003 Bessey Nursery Greenhouse Complex, Head House and Irrigation Systems Improvements The Nebraska National Forest and Grasslands has a requirement for adding a Head House, Freezer, Four (4) Greenhouses and updating the water system at the Bessy Nursery. Location: Bessey Nursery Halsey Nebraska 40637 River Loop Halsey NE 69142 Time for Performance: 365 days from award date. Water system must work and be useable entire time during water system improvement if during the production cycle: February to November. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on site and by teleconference. Solicitation will indicate the location date and time. Price Range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5M. All solicitation documents will be posted to this website approximately 13 September 2018. Proposals are estimated to be due 30 days after issue of solicitation (actual due date will be listed in the solicitation). Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package, changes in the date of the site visit and any other pertinent information including downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and amendments. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award.
