- Intent to Sole Source Notice, including Statement of Requirement. The 904th Contracting Battalion at Fort Stewart, GA hereby gives notice of its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to LRP Publications. The companies address is 360 Hiatt Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. The government inteneds to award them a firm fixed price supply contract for three licenses for 24 months of on-line access to a searchable repository of federal labor and associated laws, codes, and regulations, as well as commentary and reference materials focused on federal sector labor and employment law for the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA) at Fort Stewart, GA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with LRP Publications, as a sole source, who is the sole known source of the items listed in the below table in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirement. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified services in accordance with the Statement of Requirements, they must respond to this notice before 3:00 PM, EDT on 5 September 2018 to the points of contact identified below. If no responses ar received by the above referenced date/time, a sole source contract will be awarded to LRP Publications.
