- Description
- The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to accomplish maintenance services including preventive maintenance and technical support, and on-call repair services for the spectrometer equipment located in Building 715, at Camp Zama, Japan in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), manufacturer standards and attached Appendix. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. All the dates and tiem mentioned in this solicitation are the Japanese Standard Time (JST). Note 2: Solicitation closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. Note 4: The vendor has responsibility to send/receive the documents between the Contracting Office.
