- Sources sought rifle parts The MCI-NCR, RCO is seeking information for potential sources for the Marine Barracks Washington Armory. MCB is responsible for maintaining multiple weapons. Among these weapons is the M1 Garand Rifle. This is the primary weapon utilized at MBW besides the weapons used by Guard Company. Many rifle parts are required to keep these weapons serviceable by MBW performance standards. Although most weapons' parts are usually found via mandatory sources provided by the Marine Corps (GCSS-MC, etc.), none of these mandatory sources provide parts to repair M1 Garand Rifles.
