- Background Investigations Support Services Sources Sought Notice - Amendment 1 to update NAICS Background Investigations Support Services Contract Sources Sought Notice - Attached Amended August 24, 2018 to update NAICS code selection. As noted in the attached Background Investigations Support Services Sources Sought Notice, the Government is currently reviewing the NAICS Code, PSC Code, and commercial item determination for these services. The Government invites vendor input on these items. Please find attached a Sources Sought Notice for Background Investigations Support Services. The subject Background Investigations Support Services may include, but are not necessarily limited to, Facility Monitoring, Program Management, and Case Processing. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract. This notice is for market research purposes only and respondents will not be notified of the results. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to locate potential sources and to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities, and qualifications related to this effort of various members of industry, to include the Small Business Community. All interested parties should submit the information requested in the Sources Sought Notice to Allison.Murray@nbib.gov and Brittney.Larimore@nbib.gov by the response date.
