- Redacted Limited Source Justification Statement of Requirements This notice is being published in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.201(b)(1) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and sources sought announcement, and is not a request for competitive proposals. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.103-1(b)(1), for Purchases Not Exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (AST), Only One Source Reasonably Available to Executive Information Systems, LLC. 6901 Rockledge Drive Ste 600, Bethesda, MD 20817-7836. The preponderance of work is under the primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 423430. The Contractor shall provide SAS Analytics Pro Software and associated services in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirements. Delivery is 30 days after contract award. ACC-APG is seeking potential sources as part of market research under Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Please provide documentation that would describe the company's ability to meet the above requirements. Please identify your company's CAGE code, and if applicable, small business size status. All interested sources should provide the requested information regarding this notice NO LATER THAN 12:00PM EST, on 31 August 2018 to Ms. Roxanne Barbaris at: roxanne.barbaris.civ@mail.mil. Responses received after this date may not be considered in the Government's market research. For questions, potential respondents shall email Ms. Roxanne Barbaris at the aforementioned email address. The Government will review submissions as they are received. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion to the Government. Responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. The U.S. Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. Nothing in this announcement constitutes an obligation on the part of the U.S. Government, nor is the Government tasking any source to develop any technologies described herein.
