- Sources Sought Notice W9124X-18-SS-5004 - Tube Bender and Accessory Tool Sets THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 152d Contracting Office is searching for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors that can fulfill a requirement for a new tube bender and tooling sets. See below for detailed line items: CLIN 0001: Tube Bender Extended Description: Product needs to be less than 60 inches Height, less than 80 inches Length, less than 50 inches wide to fit into a specific area. Electrical: 208-230 VAC, single phase. Three (3) Axis Computer numerical control CNC Control. Program Storage for multi-use parts. Hydraulic Powered Bend Head (A-axis). Hydraulic Powered Clamp & Pressure Die. Bend Arm Rotation. Capable of bending many types of materials such as: Mild Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, Copper. Bend Radius: 3" (75mm) Centerline Radius CLIN 0002: Tooling Extended Description: Various sets of tooling sizes and additional tools such as: Bender Dies, Clamp Dies, Pressure Dies, and Collets. CLIN 0003: Shipping Extended Description: Shipping of all items to the Nevada Air National Guard (NVANG) 1776 National Guard Way Reno NV 89502. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 333517, Machine Tool Manufacturing. A Government requirement for these items are being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. We do not anticipate a site visit for this sources sought announcement. Interested parties are requested to review this notice and respond with extent of capability and socio-economic category. This Sources Sought Announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation.
